Screen Shots of effects in my video

Image
This was one of the first transitions I did when the beat dropped in my video, it shows me squatting and then the screen flashes with bright colours and fades into a shot of me bicep curling The next effect is a slow motion effect, I used this to create a more tension and add a more of a dramatic effect   The last transition I used is a zoom in transition. In this transition the camera zooms in on he barbell and when it zooms put it transition to a shot of me doing barbell curls.

LO3 Merit 500 words on how you have constructed your product

One of the ideas I took from the sample videos are audio. In the video I used a type of music called hard style  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pl1cZL6lCng This is David Laid and he is one of the fitness influencers I used as an inspiration when I made this video. Mese En Scene Location  The location I used was the Gym Group inside of frenhgate and it was around midnight because I wanted to shoot in night conditions it makes the video more cinematic and gives it a more edgy feel. The video made by David was shot in New Jersey inside a gym called Atilis gym.  Props The props used in this video all came from the gym group, the first thing I used were some dumbbells ranging from 28kg all the way up to 38kg and in the background there are barbells lying around, also there are squat racks and different types of machines such as a lat pulldown, a row, and leg extension, pec dec and pull-up bars. LO3 Behind the scenes setting up the equipment and importing into software

Image
Pictures of me setting up the equipment  The camera I used in this video is the Canon 250d SLR and I used K and F concept tripod to keep the camera steady, I also used different types of lenses for the camera such as a macro lens and a portraiture lens   To import the footage I used the basic timeline tools in Adobe Premier Pro, this allowed me to cut the videos down to my preferred length and move the footage across the layer tracks. When I discuss editing as part of my LO4 report I will talk about how I added music and effects and special effects and transition These are the tools on the timeline and the timeline layout to show how I imported my footage

Action plan for production 19th May 2021

My plan today is to finish editing the workout portion of my video by adding more slow motion edits and adding more effects during transitions and cuts and overall making it more immersive. Also I need to film the last portion of my video which is where I make Anabolic French toast, which is French toast with fewer calories and more protein in, this will also have a voice over in and have multiple different shots to showcase what to do, I will film this during the weekends.
